The Adaptive Training System

Most programs fail
because life gets
in the way.

This one was
built for that.

Men’s & Women’s editions. One framework. Training that scales with your life, not against it.

01
Capacity-first
Your program scales to where you are, not where a protocol assumes you should be.
02
No restarts
Low-capacity weeks are built in. You adjust and continue. You never start over.
03
Built for real life
Travel, stress, disruption. The system accounts for all of it, explicitly.

Philosophy
Discipline and willpower are finite. Consistency is different. Consistency is flexible. It survives real life.
The Adaptive Training System
The problem with most programs
They assume stable motivation, predictable schedules, and minimal disruption. Real life does not cooperate.
What this system is built on
Capacity determines your program. Your current energy, recovery, and time determines what you do that week.
The result
Progress comes from attainable, repeatable action, sustained week after week, even when conditions are imperfect.
Your thoughts
When the system works.
Six months in and still training consistently, which has never happened before.
Men's Edition
I used this through my second pregnancy and the postpartum period. A system that actually accounted for those phases made everything different.
Women's Edition
If you’re afraid to train seriously again after surgery. This provides the specific rules you need. Nothing vague, nothing generic.
Ostomy and J-Pouch
I learned what to do when I was short on time and energy, then how to ramp up, but this time not from zero.
Men's Edition
Who made this
Why
Pedro
built
this.

In 2021, Pedro was diagnosed with an early variant of colorectal cancer. Treatment wasn't chemo. It was multiple abdominal surgeries repeated again, and again. Each cycle: open abdomen, hospital, heal, re-learn to walk, rebuild, repeat. Eventually, about 15 feet of intestine removed. The dietary and training reality that followed demanded a completely different methodology

He needed a system that could ramp up or down at will. Not a program built for perfect conditions. What he found was that this approach is better for most people; not because most people face what he faced, but because no one lives an optimized life. People work, travel, and exist inside real relationships. They skip a week and feel like they've failed. Then they quit.

Perpetual is built around that reality. Ramp up. Ramp down. Keep moving. No guilt. No restart.

Just continuity.
